About event
The annual family yoga in Stromovka is back and we are looking forward to a great atmosphere on yoga for parents and children under the crowns of trees. 🧘️🌳💚
What awaits us for the lesson? And the exercises for healthy legs.
Children will also play yoga games and will not miss relaxation techniques. Children play with others or have a common picnic. We are mostly here: https://mapy.cz/s/lonapanahu
We will practice in the shade of trees, but I recommend to lubricate with sunscreen both ourselves and children. Also take insect repellents. Prepare.
Suitable for children from about 18 months. The upper age limit is not. 🧘️☀️💚
