Private family constellations. As part of my starting practice after completing the training, participation is free :) Please confirm your participation here on the page.
What you can expect: personal experience with the family constellation method. In family constellations, you work in such a way that you choose a representative for your family members, including yourself, from the other participants. After they are arranged in the space, they move freely and constellate the dynamics of a specific family. The deep goal of guiding the constellations is to restore the flow of love, reconciliation and acceptance of reality and your place in the family. Attention will also be paid to the often neglected topics of death, abortion, exclusion from the family, emigration, family history of past generations. The change consists only in changing your attitude, the responsibility remains with you. Sometimes the change only opens the door, sometimes it enters through the main door :) It is not only the process during the constellations that is important. The subsequent integration of what you have experienced into your life is also essential.
This time we will focus on the family system of the original family, especially topics related to parents, siblings and ancestors.
Due to the duration of the constellations, it is not possible to have a separate constellation for each participant. However, even watching or representing is a powerful experience. For those who do not yet know the constellations, it is advisable to start only with it. We will draw lots from those interested in their own constellations. In addition to our own constellations, we will have an introductory meditation and a short taste of constellation work in pairs.
Who will accompany you: My name is Kateřina Pletichová, I have completed a two-year training in leading family constellations with Bhagat Johann Zeilhofer and a two-year training in Breath existence there. I continue my professional and practical education in the direction of Alfred Adler's individual psychology. My intention is to be a safe guide to your own self-experience and to get in the way as little as possible :)
