About event
Invitation to the October ALL-DAY FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS with MUSIC THERAPY ✨
The Systemic/Family Constellations methodology is a very effective tool, thanks to which we can discover hidden ties in our RELATIONSHIPS:
- with partners, our children, family members , at the workplace...
- self-relationship: insight into illness, injuries, difficult life situations
- helps to discover hidden potential in matters of decision-making, achieving life goals
- helps to cope with by the loss of a loved one
- and helps to find the strength to accept a difficult fate in life
Thanks to this methodology, we can discover hidden bonds that prevent us from using our life potential.
After discovery, the process of Forgiveness, Letting Go can occur , Releases, Receptions...
Constellations are a very intense experience, through which we will be accompanied by SOUNDS and VIBRATIONS of Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, thanks to which we will relax, relieve tension, quieten down and immerse ourselves in the lower frequencies of our consciousness. LECTURERS:
My therapeutic work opens up countless questions for me, which I seek answers across different approaches. Within the psychotherapeutic approach of CBT, where attention is mainly paid to thought content, emotions and behavior, my curiosity led me to look for effective and efficient techniques in working with relationships, the quality of which is directly proportional to the quality of our experience.
That is why I went through Jan's training Bílé in Prague, as a direct student of Bert Hellingr. I have been working with constellations for 8 years, and I see them with great respect and gratitude as a space from which change comes efficiently and is permanent.
