Family home n.o. Trnava invites you to the family constellation workshop. The constellation method is based on the idea that we are all connected and that our family history and relationships with others deeply affect our lives. The constellation is carried out by selecting representatives for different persons (eg parents, children, partner, etc.) or aspects (anger, sadness, pain…) and places them in space as intuitively feels. The facilitator then asks questions and observes the interactions between representatives to help reveal hidden patterns and beliefs that affect the built system. We can get a deeper insight and identify what prevents us from moving forward or harmonizing relationships. Family constellations can be used to solve a wide range of problems such as:
- Recurrent behavior patterns in the family
- difficulty in relationships
- low self-confidence
- work problems
Sadness
- Health symptoms
The constellation process can be deeply survived by participants. Participants can get new perspectives, find solutions to their problems or develop new ways of interaction with others. By monitoring constellations, we can notice that other people are solving similar problems as we are. Emotions or insights arising from a particular layout have an impact on each present. Just seeing a concrete image can help realize what is happening in our relationships, and perhaps it is easier to find a solution to our own problems, whether we build our own arrangement or just see what is happening in others. This will further intensify the possible effect of constellations.

The organization is provided by the family home Trnava n.o. as one of the measures of the social and legal protection of children and the social guardian to prevent the emergence of crisis situations in the family in accordance with §10 of Act 305/2005 Coll. on Social and Legal Protection of Children and on the Social Chief and on Amendments to Certain Acts.
About the facilitator:
Michal Husár is a facilitator of systemic constellations. He has been devoted to them since 2017, and later he also underwent a systemic coaching training at the Institute of Systemic Work and Constitution. It currently provides individual and group systemic constellations. It is important for him to provide support and safe space in which one can connect with the experience of his personal reality. By recognizing one's own experience, it can be easier to accept the world as it is and to live your life a little easier and fully. He focuses on somatic work with the body, Continuum Movement, craniosacral therapy and holotropic breathing, which it uses as a means of therapy and spiritual practice.
