Rodinné popoludnie: Rozhovor s materiálom

The family program at the Bratislava City Gallery offers a weekend meeting focused on creation, art and spending time together for parents and children. The program is thematically linked to the exhibition Gray Gold: Touch, in which the experiences of the older generation and the relationship between the digital and analog worlds are opened up through the used art materials. Participants will learn about the properties of this material – its fragility and strength – and create objects that they can take home. All aids are provided, comfortable clothing is recommended.

The program is intended for intergenerational sharing and active contact with art. The educational part is led by gallery teachers Vendy Kováčová and Ludmila Hrachovinová.

Recommended age: children 6-11 years old. + parent, younger and older siblings are also welcome

• Tickets are available online and at the box office of the Mirbach Palace.
• The number of places is limited, in order to secure a place, we recommend buying a ticket in advance.
• With the ticket, you can visit the exhibitions in the given palace after the event.
• You must arrive on time for the program, the gallery teachers will be waiting for you at the entrance to the palace.
• The program is shared by the parent/parents and the child/children. It is not possible to purchase a ticket only for a child
