The learning of this technique takes place not only for adults, but also for children and families, which allows you to engage in relaxation and be together.

This day is designed for both experienced bars who want to indulge in deeper relaxation and for newcomers who have not yet had the opportunity to participate because of small children.
When you have a small little kid, we have provided for you to babysit children so you can fully focus on yourself and enjoy this day without worrying.

All children can have fun in a safe UNITY Center or nearby Park where there is plenty of space for playing.
