Hello! We invite you to the Mikulášsky 🎅 workshop 🤸♀️ FAMILY ACRO 🤸♀️
SATURDAY / 6.12. 2025 / 10:30-12:00
We focus on practicing acroyoga for parents with children, but siblings and friends are also welcome.
We mainly want to spread the shared joy of movement and joint achievements and thanks to acroyoga
develop not only our bodies but also mutual communication and understanding.

👉WHO IS WS SUITABLE FOR???
➡️ BEGINNERS
This workshop will be intended for children aged 6-8, or 9 years old, the emphasis is on complete beginners.
We will show the basic positions, there will be a playful warm-up and movement games, refreshments and a short Thai massage at the end.
So don't hesitate and come to exercise with us, discover movement creativity and meet new friends.
➡️ MODERATELY ADVANCED
The workshop will be suitable for children and parents who have already exercised with us, or have certain
movement basics (e.g. gymnastics, acrobatics, fitness, yoga, etc.) and like challenges.
We will repeat basic positions, add moderately advanced ones and show options for how to connect them.
Little flyers will hang upside down like bats, try a headstand or a handstand and a mill wheel,
all safely and with help. We will also learn simpler pops (jumping transitions between positions),
which will make you really fly.

PRICE of the workshop: 30 EUR / couple
Reservation no later than 2 days before the event.
