About event
Each of us is part of a story that began long before we were born. In our families, not only patterns of behavior, beliefs or unresolved wounds are transmitted, but also strong gifts, talents and inner resources.
The experiential workshop GENEALOGICAL MATTERS: GENEALOGICAL BONDS AND GENEALOGICAL GIFTS is an invitation to look at what we carry from our lineage - consciously and unconsciously. What binds us together? And what, on the contrary, can strengthen us? Together, we will create a safe space to explore family ties, accept our own place in the family and discover what our family has given us as a gift.
We will work experientially - through reflection, sharing, simple exercises and work with the theme of the family system. The workshop is also suitable for those who encounter the topic of gender relations for the first time.
The workshop is aimed at:
• awareness of gender ties and their influence on our lives
• recognition of recurring patterns in the family
• naming and releasing burdensome gender themes
• discovery and acceptance of gender gifts, strengths and resources
• strengthening of one's own identity and place in the family system
✨ What awaits you:
o safe and supportive space
o guided exercises and individual reflection
o work in small groups
o experiential activities focused on the family system
o inspiration for further personal work
👥 Who is the workshop intended for:
• for women and men who want to better understand their family relationships
• for those who feel that similar situations are repeated in their lives situations
