About event

Rolling into relaxation with Footreflex & Fascia release
Do you want more awareness of your body, a boost to your immune system, an improvement in mobility and more flexibility?
Come to our workshop and learn how to treat yourself through foot reflexology and fascia release and you will also feel wonderfully relaxed. Foot reflexology, based on the principles of reflexology, stimulates points on the feet that correspond to all your organs, connective tissue (fascia), muscles and systems into the whole body. It relaxes and harmonizes the body, increasing its self-healing capacity and increasing resistance. By starting with foot reflexology massage you have actually already touched the entire body and felt where the pain points are.

Fascia, also called connective tissue, consists of different layers of tissue that give our body shape and support. The tissue ensures the transport of nutrients such as oxygen and moisture, which in turn ensures active blood circulation and a healthy nervous system. Fascia release focuses on massaging specific muscle and fascial areas. By rolling over these areas with the foam roller and massage balls, possible adhesions (trigger points) are massaged away and tension is converted into relaxation. Most people experience a strong feeling of freedom afterwards.

We start with the feet and then walk through the entire body.
Both techniques work together, making you more aware of your body as whole. You can feel exactly where the pain points are through the balls and you can do something about them yourself.

A wonderful, effective self-treatment.
