Reading and conversation
Moderation: Axel Haase

On the way in the deformation invites you to expeditions to the heart of the language, into an urban landscape that, through the overnight life, opens up a completely different view of the world through the overall life, on what it costs us and how it flies us around our ears. The poems circle as funny as well as language -sudden childhood and war locations, look into relationships and face the challenges of everyday family life.

Ron Winkler, born in Jena in 1973, lives in Berlin. For his poetry volumes, he received the Leonce-and-Lena Prize, the Mondsee Lyric Award, the Munich Lyric Prize, the Basel Lyric Prize and finally the Rome Prize of the Villa Massimo.

In the long poem to Eden, the lack of heart tones of an unborn child and the chants of erotted whale are listened to, Goya's black painting is viewed, Humboldt's American travel diaries read and tells of what science knows little about: dying. To be born. Vulnerability. Maternity.

Daniela Seel, born 1974 in Frankfurt am Main, lives as an author, translator and publisher of Kookbooks in Berlin. She published poetry volumes for which she has been awarded many times and which have been translated into several languages. In November of this year, Daniela Seel will receive the Kleist Prize.

The reading takes place in the framing poetry recommendations. We thank you for the financial support.
