ROOTSOUND FEST: US RAILS en Barcelona

Accurate in harmonies, with a dedicated musical crafts and a deep devotion because of the vast legacy of the best music of the last centuries, US Rails have remained together and prosperous since the mid -2000s, when their machinery began to bill songs by joining their diverse voices and talents. Despite continuous obstacles, such as residing in different geographical locations, the loss of some original members and a worldwide pandemic, the spark of creativity these composers and interpreters have failed to go out throughout eight studies albums and their continuous tours in Europe and the United States.

Ben Arnold (acoustic keyboard and guitar), Scott Bricklin (bass and guitars) Tom Gillam (main electric guitar) and Matt Muir (drums) know that the musical bond they have built with US Rails transcends on their respective and also fertile solo races. Nothing sounds as exciting as the union of its different voices and its versatile instrumentation, a reflection of its rich and varied influences, which capture a unique and perfectly identifiable sound. His new album, ‘All in!’ Was recorded in just ten days in the city that saw the band, Philadelphia, where Arnold and Muir reside, and where Gillam and Bricklin usually fly from their homes in Austin, Texas and Paris, France, to turn on the magic. Each brought to the table sketches of songs that put in common to shape a new album overflowing with a collaborative and organic effort.

The album naturally and progressively captures the feeling of its previous effort, ‘Live for Another Day’, even leading to a new level that characteristic mixture of folk, rock, soul, pop and blues, heating that sound mark of the house that is sustained in its individual personalities. It will be published in the autumn of 2025, coinciding with a new and extensive European tour. We can't wait to have them back on stage!
