East Asia belongs to the botanically richest areas of the planet and the flora of the Korean Peninsula forms its important part.
The Prague Botanical Garden is followed by the preparation of a new exhibition dedicated to Korean plants, which will be thematically complemented by the existing parts of the garden representing plants from China and Japan.
It captures the nature of the protected territories of the Republic of Korea, including locations registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The exhibition also maps the individual stages of training - from expeditions and collection of plant material through cultivation in the background of the botanical garden to planned planting. It also includes an architectural study of the future exhibition.
