🔥 DEVASTATING ROTTING CHRIST AND BORKNAGAR TOUR IN OCTOBER 🔥
Rotting Christ have stood the test of time. Sakis Tolis and his brother Themis have emerged from the black catacombs of Greece to become one of the most formidable metal bands of all time; This year they celebrate 35 years of excellence with their 14th album, ΠΡΟ ΧΡΙΣΤΟU (Pro Xristou), destined to occupy a prominent place in the band's history.
True to their name, with Pro Xristou (“Before Christ”), they pay tribute to the last pagan kings by offering more melodic, gothic and imposing black metal. "This album was inspired by the greatness of ancient pagan wisdom," says Sakis. "It is a tribute to those who resisted the arrival of Christianity, which destroyed all the values, traditions and knowledge of the ancient world."
The Greeks will undertake an extensive tour of Spain with Borknagar, who will present their latest album, "Fall". Its leader, Øystein G. Brun, describes its new release as an evolution of its sound, exploring new musical and lyrical horizons. The album focuses on the fascination with the human condition, portraying and valuing that which challenges the limits of life. Loyal to their musical legacy, they continue to go through fire and ice to reach their highest creative peak to date.
As the culmination of the evening, we will have the black metal of the French Seth. Every note is a march, every lyric a scream in the darkness: unapologetic, relentless and unwaveringly innovative black metal.
Save the dates: October 15 at Totem in Villava, Navarra, October 16 at La Vaca in Ponferrada, October 19 at Changó in Madrid, October 20 at Custom in Seville, October 22 at Garaje Beat in Murcia and October 23 at Salamandra in L'Hospitalet, Barcelona.
