≪ On the ship we dance every Tuesday from 19:30 ≫
Balance dance is a space where we are looking for harmony between dynamics and peace, between the firm center and freedom of expression. We will listen to the body, examine where we are anchored, and where we can be carried away by the current. Through the movement and our own improvisation we will discover how the balance comes to life, breath and present. Sound Healing Marie Lenka Novotná (vocals and harmonium) and Sarhar (guitar)

Dance will take you and give you various rhythms, flow or calm up to a state of freedom, full of body or resting. The space is an offer to postpone the assessment of yourself and others and the possibility to express themselves freely, using the natural intelligence of our body. The music will take you to places where you can fully connect with yourself, both physically and emotionally. Through the rhythm, breath and movement, we give the opportunity to collectively postpone stress and tension from the body and rise to a state of pure joy and being, without the need for alcohol or other narcotic substances. It organizes trips to swimming with wild dolphins. Regular Tuesday's dance evenings offer marina in Prague.
