During this year's Rainbow Ribbon campaign, we want to offer the opportunity to talk to the specifics of various ecclesiastical communities and their experience or challenges for the open involvement of self -perception LGBTI+ persons in the life of the community.
On Wednesday, May 21, we will also conduct interviews with the support of an expert from the Roman Catholic Church in the Community Center. Miro Kocúr will help us to find answers to the current questions of rainbow Christians and share his rich experience in trying to restore the Church, for example through the project @aomega.sk
Pope František captivated his statement "Who am I to judge?" New Pope Leo XIV. with his initial speeches clearly joined the synodal efforts of his predecessor. However, Slovak Catholic bishops are often more papal than the Pope and judging is their favorite discipline. Will another reform pope bring the synod fruits to us? When will Slovak Catholicism be a fancy spreader of homonegativity or transnegativity?
