About event
During this year's Rainbow Ribbon campaign, we want to offer the opportunity to talk to the specifics of various ecclesiastical communities and their experience or challenges for the open involvement of self -perception LGBTI+ persons in the life of the community.
On Monday, May 26, in the last series of interviews in the premises of the ECAV Bratislava Church, we will be focused on the ECAV Synod's Cozrnegative decision last year. Lucia Berdisová will help us not only as an expert on law, but also as an active believer in this choir.
In the choir, LGBTI+ persons are not only openly accepted, but also actively supported in the form of regular services of God to Idahobit or during the month. The parish priest, Anna Polcková, has earned support for her (not only) minority kvír, but also condemnation.
How about the reform spirit of the Lutheran and their officially negative attitudes towards LGBTI+ persons in Slovakia? Why, after years of positive experience in LGBTI+ persons do not add more to the choir in the Old Town? How does a quvir live in the church who opposed the opinion of his own church? These are also questions that we can look for answers together.
Take the opportunity to bring your own questions to the interviews and also get a rainbow ribbon on the spot!
