We would like to invite you to the Uncovering Course: Critical Thinking in the AI era, which is intended for teachers of grammar schools, statuettes, SOU, and secondary schools. Participants will work with authentic texts, including viral posts, media articles and news materials, and learn to recognize manipulative techniques used in the information rollers. Using targeted analytical issues, they will rob what is hidden behind them in selected messages. They try different methods of critical thinking.
The webinar also includes work with artificial intelligence, its possibilities and limits in verifying factual information and detection of misinformation. Participants will try out how AI helps to analyze texts, but also where it can fail.
Webinar is intended primarily for teachers of secondary vocational schools who want to integrate the topic of media literacy into teaching and teach pupils to work effectively with information in digital space and traditional media.
