The end of the year is a good break for balancing and evaluating what was great for us from the past year and what we would like to leave behind. This annual seminar will help you effectively burn away all that no longer serves you, using ancient rituals, so that you can step into the new year with ease and relaxation.
What will happen?
Simple exercise + letting go ritual. The final guided meditation is lying down; please bring warm clothes (and maybe a blanket :-)
What else should I bring?
A yoga mat or other exercise mat, water.
Who is it for?
Absolutely for everyone, even if you have never done yoga in your life or have some medical limitations.
How much does it cost?
