About event
Or how they relate to lymphatic health and functional immunity ...
The workshop will be practical and experiential. During the workshop I will lead you to realize that you can be an immediate and best therapist. There will be space for your any questions.
Visualization We realize how and where the lymph flows in the body and connects with it the idea of kind swirl. We will dance our lymph at a finely material level so that we can perceive it in the following exercise.
We will use the work with freely ongoing breath. You will experience the condition of a relaxed "happy" abdomen and learn simple massage techniques for opening and clearing lymph nodes.
