✨What you reject controls your life✨
Are there parts of you that you might be suppressing?
Fear. Shame. Rage. Anxiety.
The voice that tells you that you are not enough.
Maybe you have learned to be strong. Work. Cope.
But inside there is a pressure that returns.
None of it has gone away.
It has just moved deeper.
Into the body. To tension.
Into reactions you sometimes don't even understand.
Into relationships where you repeat the same patterns.
👉What you don't want to see eventually begins to rule your life.
And the more you try to control it, the more it grips you.
Maybe it's not what you feel that destroys you... but the fact that you fight it.
This workshop is for you, if:
✨you feel internal pressure, anxiety or a recurring situation
✨you know that you are "functioning", but something inside takes a lot of energy from you
✨you sometimes overreact or, on the contrary, "switch off"
✨you don't just want to talk about it, but start doing something about it
How we will work:
✨constellation work elements
✨work with the body, nervous system, imagination and emotions
✨somatic movement and "dance" as a way of integration
The workshop is inspired by the approach from the book Take care of your demons by Tsultrim Allione, which offers a way to work with internal conflict.

I am a lecturer of spontaneous ecstatic dance Movement Medicine and a somatic therapist. Through movement, I create a space where depth meets lightness, ritual meets joy, and silence meets ecstasy. You can relax, let yourself be guided and reconnect with the dancer in you.
