About event
Do you like to explore interesting places in Prague? If so, join us for a walk on Thursday, November 7, 2024. We have prepared a route that will take us from Roztyl to Chodov, with several interesting stops:
What awaits us?
- viewpoints above the highway, from where we will have a magical view of the autumn city.
- Chodovská fortress, a historical building from the 13th century, serving today as a cultural center and gallery, which is surrounded by a park, full of colors in autumn.
- Church of St. Francis of Assisi interesting for its architecture
- Švandrlíkov square named after the famous Czech writer Miloslav Švandrlík, whose bust is the work of sculptor Miroslav Pangrác
- Our walk will end at Chodov metro station, from where you can comfortably return home.

Celesta Praha is a non-profit organization helping families, seniors and family caregivers. We provide social services of personal assistance to seniors and persons with disabilities, registered on the basis of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. about social services.
We run the Celesta Center for family caregivers and organize professional courses for professional caregivers and informal caregivers. We organize seminars and workshops for senior citizens from all over the Czech Republic. We organize leisure activities and suburban camps for children.
