Storytelling / Storytelling
We will feel how you can tell a story, listen to it, how you connect with yourself and others and where your core is so that you can build this into your own story. It is a brief introduction to the phenomenon of storytelling. In my daily life I manage a department in a water organization. As a manager, I tell the story of our organization and its objectives. As a DJ I tell a musical story, about warm sounds and hypnotic beats, about dancing and getting lost. As a writer and poet I take you into my world of thoughts, my head. As a photographer I show what my world is. As a chef and bon vivant, I like to share my flavors and my discoveries. In this two-hour Storytelling workshop I will take you into my story, through photos, poems, flavors and stories. We will feel how you can tell and listen to a story, how you connect with yourself and others and where your core is so that you can build this into your own story.

The Collage College
Here we teach you to make beautiful collages. There is plenty of material, so feel free to bring your own pictures and/or your favorite scissors. Making collages is fascinating. It starts with looking at pictures: what appeals is set aside and the collected visual elements are arranged so that new connections are created. Chance often helps and discoveries are made. Making collage is a process that can go in any direction and where anything is possible. The Collage College offers all facilities: scissors, blades, glue and a cupboard full of discarded books and magazines in which you can cut to your heart's content.

Falling techniques
Practicing various techniques for falling. Examine what reflexes there are and investigate how to protect and relieve the body during falls.

Didgeridoo
Make a simple, but very playable didgeridoo from bamboo and beeswax. There is also room and time for lessons and practice during the workshop.

Aryurvedic Cooking Lessons
Learn the art of Ayurvedic cooking—an Indian tradition focused on balance, health and taste. Share the delicious food we make with Ruigoorders and let's make it a special evening!

Renate is an expert in vegan and Ayurvedic cuisine, takes you into the world of herbs, spices and nutritious dishes that promote your well-being. Whether you are an experienced foodie or just starting out, Renata's passion will inspire you to cook creatively and consciously.

Systemic View
Discover the power of systemic exercises We are all part of a system. Is it at work with a team, at home with your family or in a group with friends and acquaintances. There is a system everywhere. And within these systems there are patterns. Many of these patterns are invisible and unconscious. With systemic work we can investigate these patterns and make them visible. Do you want to break patterns, gain new insights and experience more peace and clarity in your work or life? With these systemic exercises we make invisible dynamics visible. In a safe setting you discover what is going on beneath the surface — and what you can do to bring about movement. Powerful, surprising, and often with a profound effect.

Workshop: Green Screen Activism
with intervention artist Hans Kalliwoda & slow activist Milena Mulders

The world is on fire and it is difficult to deal with it. Do you choose to wait, avert your gaze or do you take an active role? In this workshop we take the time to reflect on these questions, to imagine and experiment with ways of responding and acting. How do you do that now, and how would you like to do it?

Step into a creative action space where art and activism meet. Under the guidance of Milena Mulders and Hans Kalliwoda, you will create your own analog green screen collage with an activist approach. You choose a prop, select a background and place yourself in a situation that challenges you. How do you respond? What role do you take? Together we investigate how images can contribute to awareness and change.

A workshop that is both playful and serious, and that uses imagination and storytelling as a driving force for social involvement.

Vinyasa Yoga
In these lessons you experience Pranayama (control of breathing and life energy). Vinyasa Yoga evolved from Hatha Yoga. In Vinyasa Yoga you move a lot from one posture to another. That can be quite intensive, but there is always peace in Barbara's lessons, in which you can turn inward. And find the right balance between challenging yourself and relaxing. The classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students.
