๐ช german Popov - multi -instrumentalist, composer and researcher who focuses on the reconnection with the archetypes of modernity. FRODI - Age -old singing shape called Khรถmeii (also called Tuvanian throat singing) and playing with traditional instruments an extensive repertoire of Tuvian songs.

The vast plains of Central Asia is winding the eternal wind. He rages tirelessly, but those who listen well hear the whisper of ancestors - melodies of overtones traveling through the centuries. In a unique participatory program you travel through this musical landscape. Together we awaken the wind of the steppe in ourselves. In a cacophony of overtones and primal sounds you rediscover the freedom of the steppe, the steadfastness of the mountains and the deep tranquility of the Taiga. Special musicians bring the soul of the steppe even closer with an opinion of traditional and modern music from Kazakhstan, Tuva and Siberia. Let yourself be carried away and experience the sounds of a timeless landscape.
๐ช To find the steppe in ourselves together, we start with a joint exercise in overtones and throat singing. We tune in on the wind of the steppe with our own voices by exploring the various sounds from Central Asia in Harmonie.
German Popov is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and researcher who focuses on redevising with the archetypes of modernity. Under his stage name Omfo, he received international recognition for mixing traditional and contemporary sounds. In his work he integrates ethnographic and anthropological research, in which he focuses primarily on central Asian musical traditions. Through his extensive collection of instruments from Central Asia, he explores the intersection of ancient art forms and modern technology. He balances personal expression with cultural authenticity and navigates through the complexity of globalization while resisting both rigid empirism and superficial appropriation.

Mondharpvirtuosoos and sound artist. Danibal's love for the Mondharp ignored when he came into contact with Tuvan's throat singing in 1999. He is now a specialist on this synthesizer from the primal time. His suitcase is filled with mouth harps from all over the world. As a singer he explores the human voice: throat singing, sound poetry, yodels and a touch of Beatbox. With the help of live loops, Danibal makes a very own world of sounds: rhythmic, funny, then again as a mesmerizing shaman. His performance was once described aptly as electronic Dada-Folk.
๐ชfrodi Frenchman & Hidde Meenhorst
Hidde and Frodi found each other in their shared passion for Tuvan music. They both practice the age -old singing shape called Khรถรถmei (also called Tuvanian throat singing) and play an extensive repertoire of Tuvan songs with traditional instruments. Hidde has already made several of these instruments itself and also guides themselves with it during performance. Frodi received an official award in 2020 at an online Tuvan's throat singing festival and traveled to Mongolia in 2024 for a musical and spiritual deepening of this song form. With their performance they bring the sounds and stories of TUVA to life. Driven by their love for this unique musical tradition, they like to share it with a wider audience.
