Then we dive into white tantra, one of the most powerful and deep -acting spiritual practices. You do these exercises with a partner and work with a diagonal energy flow, a technique that ensures a deep, energetic cleansing of the subconscious mind. Due to this way of working, deep -rooted blockages and old patterns can come loose and transform. Witte Tantra helps you to fully meet yourself, clean up your energy and increase your consciousness. It is an intense and challenging experience that invites you to go beyond your comfort zone.

The evening ends in a bath of healing Kundalini-Mantras, accompanied by live music. The vibrations of the mantras help to anchor the released energy and put you in a deep state of surrender and connection.
