A respiratory session is a wonderful way to get out of your head and connect to your inner world. With this breathing technique you breathe through blockages in your body so that your life energy can flow freely again. You can 'breathe freely' with emotional baggage. Sadness, anger and old pain can come up, but also the positive spectrum of laughter, satisfaction, happiness and sexual liberation. The increase in oxygen and prana in the system will clean the body, the mind and the soul and give you an integrated, living and powerful feeling.

Ecstatic Dance is a dance form in which the dancers, without the need to follow specific steps, go loose to the rhythm and freely exercise while the music takes them with them, which leads to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.

accompanied by 18-year experience of Healing Breath Relaxer DJ Tom van Huijstee and his Breath Angels. Tom has a beautiful place in Ibiza where everyone is welcome to heal themselves.
