The tasting will be personally led by the owner of Hacienda Coloma, Mr. Alberto Constain Cenzano from Colombia.
Hacienda Coloma, a picturesque family residence near the Colombian forests, has a long tradition in the cultivation and production of coffee. Originally famous for its coffee, it later became famous for its famous coffee liqueur. In 2005, when Colombian laws allowed private companies to produce rum, the owner and successor of the family tradition brought a new dream to the world - unique premium rums under the Coloma brand.
The rums are created under the careful supervision of two renowned Colombian master-blenders , Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, who bring their experience and passion to every bottle. Coloma rum is made from molasses from two different varieties of sugar cane. After the initial maturation in bourbon barrels, the final maturation takes place in small barrels of our favorite coffee liqueur, which gives our rums a unique character and rich taste.
