Run4Rene Amsterdam

Come and join our Amsterdam crew (we also have several chapters around London, Santiago and beyond)! We run a lap of the park at a gentle, talking pace (whatever that means for you) and we have a coffee afterwards. The group is open to all running abilities and the emphasis is on community connection and peer-support for general wellbeing. We are not a competitive running group that aims for fast paces or long distances. Check out our website for more information and what to expect on your first run: https://www.run4rene.com/meetups
