Márk Kolozsi, that is, Kolo, is responsible for the mood with a living DJ, where the gently starting pace of jazzes will later be replaced by Liquid Drum and Bass. Sauvignon Blanc, Hárslevelű and Rhine Riesling. It smells ripe fruits, mainly white meat peach and fine pears, with subdued floral tones. In the taste of the peach maturity and fine minerality, a pleasant, clean sip.
🔸bolyki Sauvignon Blanc - Sauvignon Blanc represents the fresh, aromatic style of the Eger wine region. It smells citrus, elderberry and green pepper marks. The wine has a vibrant acid structure, light and refreshing. It was made with a short, steel -containing maturation to preserve the pure, primary fruity of the breed. The freshness of the wine is facilitated by short steel tanks. Citrus and grapefruit tickets are dominated by its fragrance and taste, complemented by a balanced acid structure. Sweet cherries, red ribisles and strawberries. Classic reductive school, cheerful, good taste, little minerality in the scent and taste.
🔸Bolyki Indian Summer - Taste -to -blood Eger, with all the red varieties of the winery, blue franc, Blauburger and Portugieser spine. Its easy-to-be-loving scent is rum-cure and chocolate, accompanied by black ribbons and plenty of dark berries in the sip. Dear and good -natured, medium body and spicy finish. Bora of everyday life.
🔸rittmann Muskotály - Irsai Oliver and Cserszegi were born, this is a metal -like white wine. Its scent reflects the fresh beauties of the two muscles. The wine is soft -character, fragrant, fruity.
🔸nichta Sauvignon Blanc - We smell the fragrance of intense peaches and elderflower, followed by a taste of dried fruit and nectarin. Its refreshing character is supported by excellent acid content and good harmony. Low histamine wine: <0.25mg/l.
