During this walk we will embark on a search for unknown ingredients, visiting the exotic product stores located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Barcelona.

**I will share with you my knowledge** and passion, revealing anecdotes and curiosities about the ingredients we will find.

You will have the opportunity to discover unknown spices and herbs, as well as exotic products from different regions of the world.
**My goal is to awaken your gastronomic curiosity and challenge your taste buds** so that you discover new combinations and surprising textures that inspire you to create new possibilities in your own kitchen.

As a chef, my approach is to cook creatively, following my impulses and the inspiration of the moment. **My kitchen is full of intense aromas of Mediterranean plants and spices from distant countries**. My name is Claudio Masala...And yes, with a last name like mine, how could it be any other way?

All this without forgetting the main philosophy of this experience. With Curious Itineraries, **I invite you to explore the neighborhoods and streets of your city in a completely different way than what you are used to.** A walk at a slow pace, paying special attention to the details that normally go unnoticed, enhancing your capacity for observation and allowing you to let yourself be carried away by intuition and curiosity.
