Conditions for refunding the entrance fee:
If you cannot attend the event to participate, it is necessary to notify us no later than 24 hours before the event. Only then can you send a replacement for yourself.
We do not refund the entrance fee, but you can transfer the ticket to a friend of the same sex who can participate in the event - but it is important to notify us no later than 24 hours before the event together with the details of the substitute, which are necessary for his/her registration in the app.
The ticket is not transferable to others event.
If the event is canceled for organizational reasons, we refund the entrance fee in full only if there is no alternative date available.
