About event
21:00 Doors
21:30 Chica (concert)
22:15 Chemtrails (concert)
23:30 Mário Valente (dj set)
One of our favorite times of recent times, Chemtrails finally make the debut in Lisbon, May 3 in the Lisa. Which started as a DIY project of the couple Mia Lust and Laura Orlova, signing for PNKSLM in 2018 immediately after the first gig - in Brighton's Trans Pride. The Manchester duo widened the band with Ian Kane's fierce rhythmic section on the bass and Liam Steers on the battery, now a turbo fed engine, between fuzz-punk, groove more Sassy and the imminence of apocalypse. "Calf of the Sacred Cow" (2018) and "The Peculiar Smell of the Inevitable" (2020) are two bestial albums, and the latest "The Jays of Sects" (produced by Margo Broom - Fat White Family, Big Joanie, Goat Girl) further raised the bar with a Battalion of Earworms led by "Superhuman" or “Join Our Death Cult”.
Open to Chemtrails, we will have our Chica break a long fast of concerts in their own name, where you will take the opportunity to present new themes.
