About event
Heisann hoppsann,
the biggest event of the winter semester is here!💛
We are excited to invite you all to the celebration of St. Lucia, which will be held on December 12 in the Hybernská Campus, the Cellar room . We have a variety of activities prepared for you again this year, from writing messages to a photo corner to a "beauty corner" in which you can, for example, make a Christmas headband for your hair.
The official start of the event is after 7 p.m., at that time the procession will start, followed immediately by the singing of songs. However, if you want to strengthen yourself with gløgg or beautify yourself in the beauty corner before the parade, arrive at six, we will be waiting for you there!
IMPORTANT INFO:
- please come dressed in white (the top is enough)
- bring a gløgg mug/cup (they won't be on site)
- if you want a polaroid photo, have some change
- bake/buy something small to eat (strudel, Christmas cake, pizza, cookies, whatever!)
- please bring a bottle of red wine for gløgg (the cheapest one will do, we're already loading vodka so it'll be bomb anyway)< br/>
Already traditionally, we will all sing the Sankta Lucia song together (listen to it, but you don't have to memorize the text, we will prepare draw cards🤭). Next, each subject will sing two Christmas songs in the language they study (your language tutors will practice it with you). assigned fellow Scandinavian and to receive a gift from Secret Santa at the same time, please fill out the form below by Tuesday. Both students and teachers can participate!
