Sat Nam Rasayan is a meditative healing art from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga.
That evening you have the opportunity to experience the healing and deeply relaxing effect. You experience a state of deep relaxation. Your body can regenerate, recovery processes are supported and your self -healing powers are activated.
There are approx. During the treatment you are in a comfortable back, close your eyes and relax. In the meantime, an SNR handler is located next to you, only touches you gently on your arm and perceives everything that arises in the common relationship in a quiet, meditative, neutral state. This is a deeply relaxing experience.
