About event
Relax your body, ease your mind.
When was the last time you let yourself fully relax? No emails, not thinking about your to-do list, just fully relaxed.
Sauna + Sound is a space for you to enjoy the soothing benefits of sauna in a small and intimate space. Following the sauna session, your practitioners Antha and Allie will guide you through a restorative sound journey with crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and a melody of instruments to relax your mind and senses.
