About event
Do you like sauna ceremonies? Want to see how they look from the other side? So our new workshop is just for you.
First we will talk about the history of saunas and current trends. You will learn how to take a sauna properly and how to conduct a sauna ceremony. This will be followed by an introduction to aromatherapy, which is one of the pillars of sauna ceremonies.
In the practical part, we will learn the basic techniques of waving with a towel and a fan. And finally, you will try everything in practice in the sauna. And who knows, you might want to expand our sauna team.
Warning: Conducting sauna ceremonies is highly addictive.
