We invite you to a cycle of sauna evenings in the Vltava saunas, where every month we dive into sauna and spa traditions from different parts of the world. You will learn how the sauna for centuries served not only for physical cleansing, but also to relax and restore the mind. We have twelve cultures that have a deeply rooted relationship with the sauna and spa in their lifestyle.
We will guide you through the traditional Finnish sauna, Banya cultures, Turkish Hammam to Japanese Onsen. Every evening we start with a short lecture that will bring you closer to the history and habits of the culture, and then you will be able to experience sauna rituals inspired by these traditions.
