December, the time when the rush starts and the stress level increases because: we don't have time to buy presents🎁, we don't have cleaning, we don't have 30 different kinds of cakes baked🍰, we can't be at all the Christmas parties and always eat a different cabbage.
🎄However, at the same time, there comes a time when we look forward to each new day, because we are again a little closer to Christmas Day, full of typical smells, tastes, colors and lights. 🎆
We invite you to SAVinci cafe, which will have a real Christmas feel. Our lecturers Rebeka Kodríková and Filip Květoň from the Institute of Chemistry SAS, v. v. i., they will reveal to you the chemistry hidden in Christmas and present the traditions, nostalgia, dishes and sensations associated with the Christmas holidays from the point of view of chemists. 🍵
