" Perspectives of fragrances, their sources, controversy, and finally we will make one of our own. However, we would like to try to make a fragrant relic for the future. Through the distillation process, we extract the smell and fill it into the bottles that you will be able to take and hope, keep it for a long time. observations, creating associations and reviving memories. We will distil, smell and discuss.
The workshop will take place in English, but with the possibility of interpreting in Slovak.

Holo- (Kamila Valesová & Michaela Cagáňová) is a team, Holo-Bion. Based on their fascination, the functioning of nature transforms post-antropocentric values into their hypothetical countries created. They move from physical to digital space using 3D scanning. They select a fragment from their environment and create a new story around it. With similar logic they like to experiment with different media imitating their organic processes. By examining the link between the human and the so -called natural world (which they believe cannot be separated from each other), they create speculative visions of fictitious future countries. These allow the audience to reflect on our relationship with nature and realize that people are an integral part of it. Her practice focuses mainly on the questions related to narration, the spread of stories, repetition, ambivalence, captivity and enchantment. Her works, usually in the form of installations, performance, texts and fragrances, are between fiction and fact. The use of time -dependent processes, among other things, attempts to examine shared experience, transmission, uncertainty and divergence. At present she is a PhD student at the Athens School of Fine Arts with a scholarship IKY. The Art Support Fund is the main partner of the project. 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵
Scent is Present is an Olfactory Beginners' Workshop Where We Will Explore Various Perspectives of Odors, Their Sources, Controversies, and In The End, Fabricte Own Scent with the Participants. SMELLABLE EVIDENCE OF HISTORICAL AROMAS, NO SCENT Fossils, Just Descriptions. Howver, We Would Like to Attempt To Collectively Fabricate and Fragrant Relic for the Future. Through the Process of Distillation, We Will Extract Scent and Bottle It For Participants To Take With Them and Hopefully Keep For A Long Time. of Under-Developed Vocabulary Regarding Scent, Share Our Insights, Make Association and Retrieve Memories.
Please Feel Free to Bring Your Own Scented Materials, Objects That Bear Smells, OR ANYTHING SCENT-RELATED THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE, WHERHER PLEASANT OR UNPLEASANT.
