About event
💫 Find out what is holding you back - and start to really live your life 💫
In this seminar you will discover repressed parts of your personality in a playful and body-oriented way - and learn to integrate them again.
💫 This seminar is for you if you:
... already know a lot about yourself - but blind spots keep you in old patterns.
... You quickly feel triggered when in contact with others.
... you notice that it is difficult for you to treat yourself lovingly.
💫 You experience:
... what your shadow parts are.
... what unfulfilled needs are hidden behind them.
... what peace with inner contradictions can feel like.
... how much liveliness and strength there is in you!
💫 We work with Gestalt therapy, bioenergetics and systemic methods. Curiosity, depth and humor accompany us.
