The castle gardens in the former pressburg were once the pride of their owners and the whole city. Their beauty and splendor were known across the border. During this tour you will learn how the castle gardens once looked, how they were created and how they changed their appearance, not only in the course of the seasons, but also through the changing trends.
Together we visit the baroque garden of Bratislava Castle, where they find out how and why the garden was created during the rule of Maria Theresia and what was still used after their death until today happened.
we stop briefly in one of the most luxurious gardens of the Palffy family. Nowadays there is only a very small part of him, but based on the pictures you can find out what used to be one of the most famous gardens. In the summer months, thanks to the flower beds, it is always in full bloom. In the past he was one of the most coveted gardens in our city.
