About event
Traces - a dance installation by and with Walashé collective
Three dancers, several dance styles and many invisible connections that are traced: In Traces, the artists of the Walashé collective examine social, friendly, fleeting and other connections using Afrodiasporic dance styles such as popping, krump and house. They reflect on collective history and chance exchange and make visible the diversity of interactions and encounters that shape all of our lives. In the middle of the dance installation, we, the audience, become an active part of the performance and help shape the space through our participation - including conversations with the dancers and chalk prints. Come with us, let's leave traces!
Children, bring your adults! Adults, bring your children!
At Shrink! Berlin ensembles present their current productions – in a family format. New art forms are discovered, places are explored, movements are tried out, sounds are listened to - and everyone can join in!
