SCISSOR SESSIONS is a casual drop-in for artists working with paper and collage. Meet and chat with other artists, do some collage with our materials or bring your own project to share for feedback.


​SCISSOR SESSIONS is an informal gathering for artists who they work with paper and collage. Meet and chat with other artists, make some collages with our materials or bring your own project to share and get feedback.


Collage explores new ways to re-imagine our surroundings and make the familiar strange. As a ‘copy and paste’ medium it has never been more relevant in today’s image-saturated society. A springtime platform for many creative solutions, collage can be found as a tool for artists, graphic designers, architects, teachers, coaches, and fashion designers, and requires no elaborate materials to get started.

< strong>Collage Working Club(CWC) is an open weekly workspace for artists working in the medium of paper. Organized in the format of alternate ‘drop in’ sessions and workshop masterclasses, it has both a regular facilitator whilst also involving the artist community in the sharing of knowledge and skills. Providing materials, education, and connections is CWC's primary goal, and it achieves this through the interdisciplinary art of collage as both an art form and a tool for personal growth. physical in Largo Residências, a cultural and social project at Jardims do Bombarda, Lisbon.
