This course is intended for women, especially mothers who want to strengthen their self -confidence, learn to adjust the boundaries effectively, to defend themselves in risk situations and protect themselves and their children. The course is suitable from the age of 18, the consent of the legal representative is required to register the younger candidate. You can also take part in the course with your child.
