SELF-DEFENSE COURSE FOR FAMILIES AND FOR WOMEN
In March, together with ZA SEBA self-defense, we have prepared a course for families as well as for girls and women separately.
The family course teaches how to build trust, communicate openly and manage unpleasant situations from everyday life through joint games and exercises.
The course specially designed for women and girls will be held on Sunday, March 22, us to work with intuition, mind and body.
The courses will take place on March 21 and 22 in DK Kramár na Stromová.
