By using dance healing techniques and authentic movement in combination with reflexive writing and drawing, spiced up with movement techniques, breathing and meditation exercises, and combined them, I have created a unique method that we enter the present moment, penetrate the secret, unknown and sometimes displaced corners of our knowledge.
