About event
👀 This practical workshop from the well -known organization of modern self -defense is designed for Trans people who want to improve their ability to defend themselves in demanding or risky situations. In a safe and supportive environment, we will focus on the key areas of personal security:
🫸 Prevention: We will learn to recognize potential risks and minimize them before conflict. How to express the strength and discourage the aggressor. Why silence can be what makes us more vulnerable. The main goal is not only to learn specific techniques, but to strengthen the inner security, courage and the ability to respond effectively in crisis situations. 🗣️
The workshop is free.
