The security situation is constantly deteriorating and unfortunately this trend will continue not only due to the destruction of the basic values in society.
Therefore, I again organize a thematic workshop with the following continuing course #self -defense, where I will share experience of lifelong work of your bodyguard and consultant for crisis management, from which you can benefit from your personal safety or your children, families, property. Stress.
We will also increase physical and mental readiness/resistance in the continuing course (every Wednesday from 19:00). Shooting or preparation for tests for a firearms license.
Common civilian clothing and drink. The workshop takes place in yoga studio with facilities.
