Dear woman, I cordially invite you to a full-length meeting in an all-female group. I am opening a space for women who feel called to devote time and attention to themselves, their bodies and the stories they tell us about ourselves.
Dancing, sharing and mutual support in a circle of women await you, conscious work with body and movement, exercises for developing confidence in oneself and in others. From the bottom of my heart, I invite you on the journey to myself, to who we really are, inside, under all programs, expectations and fears.
Why will we use conscious work with the body, dance and movement as the main tool? If the body is in motion, our soul is also in motion and through the body it speaks to us about who we are, what we REALLY experience, what we need at the deepest level and what, on the other hand, needs to be let go. When we give our body the time, space and safety it needs, we learn about it the answers to all the questions we seek answers to in the outside world, while still carrying them all with us.

Designed for all women who are looking for a space where they can take care of themselves in a safe environment. A space where it is possible to relax, be yourself and through your body and its reactions learn to understand yourself, find TRUST in yourself and settle in the true meaning of what a SELF-CONFIDENT WOMAN means to us.
Participating in the evening is a great opportunity to taste what awaits us in the 3-month cycle of meetings Self-confident woman - anchored in the body, open in the heart. We start on 22.1.2025 and for participants from the evening of 8.1. I have 2 vacancies there!

Suitable for all women, interested and open to self-experience techniques, regardless of age and previous experience. If you have acute psychological problems or are taking medication affecting your mental state, please consult with the therapist who will lead the workshop in advance about your participation in the workshop.
We will meet in a pleasant, airy, bright space. The maximum capacity is 10 participants.
WITH WHO: VERONIKA SEQUENSOVÁ is a dance movement therapist (graduate of four-year psychotherapy training), a guide on the path of self-discovery through conscious work with one's own body. He has been studying various systems of working with the body and energy in the body for a long time. She has 9 years of experience leading therapy and self-development groups, and has been working as a dance instructor, choreographer and dancer since 2004.
