About the Event

Managing Stress and Turning Conflict into Opportunity with PCM® This session will provide participants with a deeper understanding of their own stress mechanisms and equip them with tools to manage stress effectively before it escalates into conflict. By applying PCM, attendees will learn how to adapt their communication styles, build trust, and strengthen relationships to create a more collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Takeaways

  • Identify early signs of stress and implement strategies to prevent escalation
  • Develop techniques to manage stress and mitigate unnecessary conflict
  • Enhance self-awareness and build trust-based relationships
  • Improve team cohesion, communication, and overall performance
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that supports well-being and talent retention

Why This Matters

Interpersonal dynamics in the workplace can be complex, and unresolved stress or miscommunication often leads to tension and inefficiency. Understanding personal and team stress responses enables individuals to build stronger, more resilient relationships, fostering a work environment that prioritizes collaboration, psychological safety, and performance.
