Some difficult life experiences are not only stored in the mind, but also in emotions and in the body.
That is where long-term tension and repetitive patterns of response often arise.

This is an experiential event aimed at processing difficult life experiences (including traumatic ones) through emotional and physical experience in a group environment. The work is based on direct experience, not on an analytical analysis of personal history.

The program also includes an initiation experience called "work with the heart chakra", which is offered as a symbolic and experiential framework for deepening emotional awareness and the relationship with oneself and others. This term is used as the working language of the method, not as a religious or medical claim.

It is not a therapeutic method, psychotherapy or health service.
The event is not presented as spiritual, but as an experiential format focused on self-observation and personal insight.
